What you need

tsp fresh ginger

tbsp coconut aminos

clove garlic clove

tbsp white sesame seeds

tsp honey

cup fresh cilantro

tsp kosher salt

tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
1. Smash 2 English cucumbers with the flat side of a knife and break into bite-sized pieces. 2. Toss with 1 tsp kosher salt and let sit for 10 minutes. 3. Whisk together minced garlic, freshly grated ginger, Marukan Organic Rice Vinegar, sesame oil, coconut aminos, honey, and thinly sliced thai chiles. 4. Drain cucumbers, pour dressing over them, and toss to coat. 5. Top with thinly sliced green onions, freshly chopped cilantro, and toasted sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
